Problem
Raspberry Pi came to Relay Industries with a finished industrial design and plenty of engineering work already completed. They needed us to do a final pass to improve some of the panel gaps and PCB retention features. Additionally, the tooling design on the CAD needed to be refined to minimise any cosmetic disruptions. Split lines and draft modelled in intricate detail to ensure excellent fit and finish.

Process
Relay Industries provided fully integrated support to Raspberry Pi throughout the final pre-tooling phase in order to deliver a high quality, fully detailed CAD model for high volume manufacture.

Outcome
The result is very pleasing and was launched in November 2024 to worldwide customers. We continue to work with Raspberry Pi on their high volume consumer products
